Handing Over and Take Over (HOTO)

Dear owners,

The HOTO EGM 2 Issues are less technical as most of the technical , statutory, and amenities deficiency was covered in HOTO EGM 1 and filed in RERA case.

The key missing element was our late realization on our lack of rights on tennis court and other project amenities that builders left inside OSR, which corporation has all rights and none to us.

Further, in the last few weeks, the builder has been getting notice from TNPCB and since then trying to escape responsibility at Site. ( leading to financial burden on us).

So to discuss this and create awareness  and take owners' feedback in the run-up to HOTO EGM 2, please attend the various open forums planned .

This week at KLC on below timings .

• Tuesday 24th June 2025 , 2030 hrs to 2115

• Friday 27th June 2025 2030 hrs 2115 hrs 

• Saturday 28th June 2025 1000 hrs to 1045 hrs  

If some owners feel another time of the day is preferred, we can try to arrange for them as well.

HOTO EGM 2 working committee

Dear Owners ,

Subject : HOTO EGM 2 working committee. 

As we all know of the threat faced with builder IFM threatening to walk out . 

Further the learning that TNPCB has served notice to builder ( our building) to stop using ground water and not discharge sewage to storm drain etc 

We may be likely to face financial burden ranging to 9 lakhs per month .

However we have managed to prevent builder from leaving with the existing hearing on the filing up to 16th July.

As a counter to builder exhibiting further rashness . We will call an HOTO EGM 2 to counter,  to provide evidence and to implement emergency measures .

A HOTO EGM 2 working committee has been formed with volunteering members from GB, Technical Committee and Advisory Committee ( including a owner from every block who showed interest in the open forum to manage this emergency).

Please find attached the first draft of HOTO EGM 2 AGENDA .

The working committee will form and rephrase the resolutions in this agenda.

This form agenda will be shared as call out notice to all owners on 22nd June.. for the HOTO EGM 2  planned on 13th July.

Venue party hall ( timing TBD but mostly 1100 hrs to 1300 hrs ).
