Dear Owners/Members,

Many thanks for attending the AGM on 29th September 2024 and helping us complete the due process. Your suggestions and views are invaluable, and the Governing Body will consider them carefully, taking appropriate actions in due course.

Regarding the bylaws amendment, I would like to clarify the following:

1. Bylaws Amendment Discussion:

Due to time constraints, we were unable to discuss each point and conduct a vote in the AGM. However, a resolution was passed unanimously as follows:

“Resolved that all bylaws amendments will be decided based on majority opinions on a clause-wise basis, as submitted by the members within the specified due time.”

2. Clarifications:

All owners are requested to get any doubts or clarifications addressed with their respective Block EC members on or before October 2, 2024.

3. Response Submission:

All 110 owners who attended the AGM must provide their responses on the sheet provided, including their name, flat number, and signature on each page. In case of any corrections, a signature next to the correction is also required. These responses should be submitted to your Block EC members or at the Association office by 5 PM on October 3, 2024.

4. Late Submissions:

Responses submitted after the due date will not be considered.

5. Response Consideration:

As per RoS norms, only the responses of those who attended the AGM today will be considered. If any attendee fails to submit their response in time, their vote will be assumed to align with the majority on each clause, bringing the total count to 110.

6. Next Steps:

All responses will be compiled by the Bylaw Amendment Committee, and the clause-wise votes will be communicated by October 6, 2024.
